Our History
In the beginning

In 2005 Paul Roberts and Sean Triner, two expert and principled fundraisers, established Pareto Fundraising and Pareto Phone as a specialist fundraising agency working solely with not-for-profit organisations.

Their philosophy was to deliver high-quality, sustainable fundraising; an approach that is even more relevant today.

From the beginning, they knew the importance of understanding donor behaviours and using data to determine who we should call, at what frequency and with what proposition and ask strategy.

This data-driven approach has seen us grow from a grass-roots organisation helping a few charities, to the leader in charity telefundraising servicing some of the biggest not-for-profit organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
